About the Maker:
Hello! I’m Natalie Brooke, a 35 year old woman living in Windsor, Ontario Canada. I live in a historical side of town which I love, it’s so interesting to walk around and experience the history firsthand! When I’m not found writing, I’m often thrifting, spending time with family and friends, creating, going to church events, reading, going to and vending at local markets, working at my local breakfast and bake shop, hosting a craft night (Make + Mingle!) attending library programs and so much more. I like to keep myself busy! I adore Audrey Hepburn, Old Hollywood, music of the 50’s, 60’s, 80’s and 90’s, rom com’s, thrifting, interior design, collecting things, snail mail, collaging, any form of art, road trips, teaching and helping people, people in general, Doctor Who (9, 10 and 11!!) etc…
Ever since I was little I’ve loved stickers, notebooks, and anything artsy! I had a reusable sticker book – remember those things?! A whole collection of notebooks and craft supplies and it just escalated since then. Haha. Looking back I stuck stickers on everything and anything (including my dad’s mustangs interior door!) AND I still stick them on everything; water bottles, electronics, envelopes, my walls (with tape on the back!) and so on! I’m a sticker fiend.
I also love me some stationery; notebooks, pens, pencils, notepads, greeting cards and other snail mail goodies! Which is why I decided to open up shop! I want to share my passion with y-o-u!
Oh, and I’m an open book, so feel free to ask me anything and I’ll answer within reason. Thanks for reading! Grab a cuppa because this might be long…

What is Whimsy Brooke?
Whimsy Brooke is my baby – a business I created in March of 2025. My friend Cathie from Miss Cathie encouraged me to start it after she interviewed me for a school project. I quickly made an instagram and started off with a few stickers. Since then, my product line has expanded to include other fun items! I love everything punny, quirky and whimsical so I often implement these themes into my work. Making people smile through my designs makes me incredibly happy, so I keep on keeping on just for that reason. Owning and running your own business I’ve learnt is extremely difficult at times and I can tell you honestly, that I’ve wanted to give up numerous times. But, my customers, aka y-o-u keep me going! So, thank you for that!

What do I offer?
My products include collaged postcards, artwork, bookmarks, gift tags, letter writing sets, notebooks, and more! I also have a couple new products up my sleeve. What are they? Hush… you’ll have to follow along and see for yourself. I do custom work – if you want a custom pet sticker, I’m your girl! Need a collaged bookmark? An original collage piece? Etc! I do it all! Speaking of doing it all – I’m a self proclaimed Jane of All Trades. I really love what I do, and when I find something new I hyperfocus and find out all I can about it. That’s what happened with stickers and Canva. Haha! Feel free to let me know what your dream sticker is, and I’ll work with you to make it happen… I want each and every custom item I make to be absolutely perfect and to your liking, that I often include my customers in the design product. I think that’s what sets me apart? So, if we work together expect a lot of proofs and fun to be had!! Unless you give me complete freedom of expression! In either case I’m happy! I just love what I do.

My Blog – What’s it All About?
In 2010 I started a blog called Musings of a Brunette. It was my way of getting myself back into journaling. Instead of sticking to one topic, my blog was all over the place… my thoughts, daily stories, fashion, interning experiences, memories, inspirations, etc – all jumbled up in one organized mess. It underwent many phases and grew along with me, after all I was only 20 when I started it. My favourite posts are as follows:
